We have been arranging and structuring property finance deals for over 20 years. For the last ten years we have focussed on residential development finance and for this reason rebranded in 2014 as Finance for Development to reflect our current and future focus (having previously operated as Oakwood Property Finance).
We work on funding packages ranging from £1m up to £20m and our long established and strong relationships with many funders and investors enables us to put together a package to suit each project. In essence, if the scheme is robust, there will be lenders willing to assist.
Our clients range from first time housebuilders through to established developers. Our experience in structuring such transactions is wide and varied and includes:-

Most of the schemes we work on are either wholly or predominantly residential but some have involved an element of mixed use.
Our aim is build long term relationships with our clients by working in their best interests at all times.
Our fees are based upon the level of funding sought and the complexity of each deal and are only charged when the finance is in place. Once a site has been acquired, we will continue to work closely with our clients throughout the life of a project to ensure that each deal progresses as smoothly as possible and to help with any problems that may arise.
